FiddlePal Camp guyCome to Brian Wicklund's Lake Country FiddlePal Camp in beautiful Marine on St. Croix, MN for four days of fiddle, mandolin and guitar instruction and fun. Brian has hand picked a staff of amazingly talented teachers and musicians who will teach great music and the skills to play it. Students will learn bluegrass, Appalachian old time, Irish, blues and jazz fiddling. Students also get to learn clogging, try the mandolin, enjoy a jam on the beach and play for a barn dance!

Who: For youth and adults ages 9-and up registration limited to 60 so sign up soon!

Brian Wicklund host of the FiddlePal Camp. Author of the best selling book The American Fiddle Method, Brian teaches dozens of workshops each year internationally, inspiring students and entertaining them with his wacky sense of humor. April Verch (Canadian Fiddle) is amazing teacher and performer from Ontario, Canada. She co-wrote the Canadian Fiddle Styles with Brian Wicklund. She wrote and performed the music for the opening ceremony of the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. April Verch

Ben Winship (mandolin) hails from Victor, ID. He's an amazing mandolin player and teacher.

Registration Information

Beginning fiddle students should have at least one year of study and play with ease in first position. A sandwich buffet lunch and snacks are included in the registration fee for all four days.
